My favorite powdered milk:
Meyenberg Powdered Goat Milk — it actually has cream in it — so it is excellent for tea or coffee if you usually use half-n-half. If you premix it with your honey, it dissolves even better into tea, than if you added it to the tea as just powder. I get it at my local food co-op.
